\nTHE DEAD DRANKS
\nThe Dead Dranks are a band located in Athens, Greece. They were formed and started playing as a trio in 2005. After some changes they have ended up in a 4-piece combo! The Dead Dranks were initially inspired by high energy rock \u2018n\u2019 roll & bands like The Ramones, The Stooges, Social Distortion, Wipers etc. but their sound is influenced by a combination of rock\u2019n\u2019roll genres like 60\u2019s garage punk, punk rock, Australian rock scene, post-punk scene and anything from music history that can speak to their hearts. Several shows have taken place at the most popular live clubs of Athens and they have participated in many events around the city of Athens. They have also shared the stage with many great Greek bands like The Last Drive, Arnakia, Panx Romana etc. The greatest moment for the band was when they opened for the punk rock legends, The Buzzcocks!!! During all these years the Dead Dranks have recorded several demos and in 2013 they entered the studio to record their debut album. The recordings of the album are finished months ago & their 1st full-length is out, released via their own label!<\/p>\n
