-Deville… As we say?… Where does the name of the band come from, which is your musical identity and what is your cultural aim-goal?<\/strong><\/p>\n

The name\u2026 it\u2019s a name, nothing more. Musical identity? I don\u2019t think we have one. We play what we like, regardless if it\u2019s fast riffs and pop melodies or it\u2019s down tuned slow jams. We search for the power in the riff. That\u2019s what got us started, and that\u2019s what makes us continue.<\/p>\n

-How would you picture your -up to now-\u00a0 “Deville route”? Define it like a short bio, concentrating on your most vivid moments.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Lots and lots of shows, like 500 or something. You want a \u201cshort\u201d bio on that?<\/p>\n

-Your influences, your beloved artists (if possible, not only from the music area-industry) and your favorite wise or smart “sayings”…<\/strong><\/p>\n

Wow, we got so many different influences. From Foo Fighters and Coldplay to Slipknot or Entombed. We listen to all kinds of music.<\/p>\n

-Your most beloved live-concert experience \/ -es…<\/strong><\/p>\n

There\u2019s so many, we just came back from an awesome tour in Germany playing support for our friends Mustasch. There were some really incredible nights.<\/p>\n

-What do you expect from your upcoming appearance in Athens? Do you have some kind of opinion about the Greek fans?<\/strong><\/p>\n

It\u2019s our first time playing in Greece so I don\u2019t really know what to expect. But we\u2019ve met a lot of greek bands on the road and having them in mind the scene must be pretty good!<\/p>\n

-“Draw” with words the piece of Deville on the world musical… puzzle. How would you desire to see yourselves after many, many years?…<\/strong><\/p>\n

Alive. Touring is hard. It\u2019s fun. But it does not come easy, and it certainly doesn\u2019t come with a paycheck. So it would be really nice to still be alive.<\/p>\n
